Product Specialist (Digital Health Platform)

The next problem is scale - and that means the gap between what's been built and how it's actually used in the world needs to close. This role owns that gap.

About the role

This isn't a customer success role or an implementation coordinator position. It's a product builder role that happens to sit close to users.

You'll define what better onboarding, training, and enablement looks like - then design and build it. You'll gather requirements from real-world usage, structure them into something the product team can act on, and take the resulting improvements back out to clinicians and partners. Define, build, engage. That's the loop you own.

You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and your work will directly shape how Cardihab grows into more complex environments and use cases over the next few years.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding end-to-end - design it, build it, make it faster and more scalable

• Design and deliver training for clinicians and partners that actually lands

• Gather requirements from real-world usage and translate them into clear, structured briefs for the product team

• Identify friction between product capability and user behaviour and close the gap - not patch it

• Solve recurring issues upstream, so they stop reaching support

• Shape how enablement and product improvement work together as a system

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years in product enablement, implementation, or a technical product role - SaaS background preferred

• Strong requirements gathering skills - you can extract structure from what users can't clearly articulate

• Comfortable running training sessions for professional audiences

• Builder instinct - you're not happy managing what exists if it isn't good enough

• Proactive and organised, able to run multiple workstreams without losing the thread

• Comfortable in ambiguity and happy building things that don't fully exist yet

• Experience in healthcare or patient-facing products is genuinely optional - we care more about how you think and build
