Product Specialist
Be the bridge between clinicians, customers and product at Cardihab. Own onboarding, scalable training, and real-world feedback to drive value and scale cardiovascular care.
Product Specialist (Digital Health Platform)
Sydney | Hybrid (remote-first, weekly in-person)
At Cardihab, we’re helping people recover from and prevent cardiac events in ways that actually work for them.
We’ve built Australia’s first clinically proven digital therapeutic for cardiac rehabilitation. The evidence shows people live longer, healthier lives and the system delivers better-value care.
We’re already working with ~85% of Australia’s major health funds, have a TGA-registered product, and support thousands of patients with measurable outcomes.
Now we’re scaling and how the product is actually used matters more than ever.
Why this role exists
We’ve proven the model. The product works. The outcomes are real.
Now the challenge is scale.
That means better onboarding, better training, and tighter feedback loops between what we’ve built and how it’s used in the real world.
Right now, those things exist but they’re not yet where they need to be.
This role exists to close that gap.
You’ll sit at the centre of product, customers, and delivery, making sure the platform is not just built well, but adopted, understood, and delivering value in practice.
The role
This is not a support role.
You’ll own how clinicians and partners get up and running, how they learn the product, and how their real-world experience feeds back into what we build next.
A big part of this is evolving onboarding, training, and product enablement into something that scales without losing quality.
You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and play a key role in how Cardihab grows into more complex environments, partners, and use cases.
What you’ll own
How customers are onboarded, making it faster, clearer, and scalable
Designing and delivering practical, high-impact training for clinicians and partners
Working directly with customers to understand real-world usage and friction points
Translating that usage into clear, structured product requirements
Identifying gaps between product capability and user behaviour and closing them
Solving recurring issues at the root, not just patching symptoms
Shaping how support and product enablement work together as a system
Supporting implementations across multiple stakeholders
Contributing to ongoing product improvements and new development
What success looks like
Customers get up and running quickly with minimal friction
Training is clear, repeatable, and scalable
Fewer issues reach support because problems are solved upstream
Product improvements are grounded in real-world usage
Clinicians feel confident and capable using the platform
What we’re looking for
2–5 years in product enablement, implementation, or technical customer success (SaaS or digital health ideal)
Strong ability to extract and structure user requirements that aren’t clearly articulated
Comfortable running training sessions for professional audiences
Clear communicator across clinicians, customers, and engineers
Highly proactive, focused on solving root causes
Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building things that don’t fully exist yet
Bonus: experience in healthcare or patient-facing products
Who this works well for
Someone who enjoys sitting between product and customers, not fully in either
People who like turning messy real-world problems into structured improvements
Those who want ownership of a function, not just execution within it
Individuals motivated by improving healthcare in a tangible way
How we work
We’re a small, distributed team across Sydney, Brisbane, Tasmania, and the Philippines.
We’re practical, outcome-oriented, and not overly process-heavy.
People who do well here:
Take initiative without waiting
Are comfortable with ambiguity
Care about improving healthcare in a real way
If you need heavy structure, this won’t be the right fit.
If you want to own something meaningful and shape how it works, it will be.
A note from us
As we scale, the gap between what’s built and how it’s used becomes one of the most important problems to solve.
This role sits right in the middle of that.
The patterns you see, the systems you build, and the decisions you influence will shape how Cardihab grows over the next few years.
If that kind of ownership and impact is what you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
