I'm Megan, deeply committed to supporting founders, startups, and growth teams across Australia. I run two businesses with this purpose in mind: Kairos Recruitment, a founder-native hiring partner for Australian startups and scaleups, and the Aussie Founders Club, a community connecting more than 2,000 founders through 60+ events backed by LaunchVic. I also co-run PeopleStack, an 8-week program helping early-stage startups build their people function, and host the Life After Launch podcast, where founders share what happens after the big moment.

With over ten years in tech recruitment and a 2025 Victorian Ecosystem Hero of the Year award along the way, my passion is fostering growth and innovation within the startup ecosystem. I thrive on meaningful conversations and operate by the philosophy, 'Do good, and good will come to you.'
