RedEarth Energy is scaling.
We design and manufacture integrated battery energy storage systems across residential and commercial and industrial markets. Our technology is modular, smart, and built for real-world deployment. As Australia accelerates toward net zero, we are positioned at the centre of that transition.
We are now hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to define and drive our commercial marketing engine.
This is not a brand-only role.
This is not a big team corporate marketing role.
This is a senior, hands-on position for someone who can set direction and execute.
Why This Role Matters
RedEarth is entering its next stage of growth. We need a senior marketer who can:
• Define our market position in the C&I and channel landscape
• Design and execute clear go-to-market strategies
• Align tightly with sales to drive pipeline and conversion
• Translate complex technical products into sharp, commercial messaging
You will own marketing strategy and personally drive execution in partnership with our Senior Brand Identity Specialist and external agencies.
You will help shape how we show up to distributors, EPCs, resellers, and enterprise customers across Australia.
The Environment
This is a small, senior marketing core.
You will work alongside:
• A Senior Brand Identity Specialist who owns creative and brand
• External partners across SEO, AI search, and PR
• A commercially focused Sales team
We do not have layers of marketing management.
We need someone who is comfortable building while doing.
This role suits someone who has grown in smaller or scaling environments where versatility, ownership, and commercial clarity mattered. It likely will not suit someone coming from a highly segmented, large corporate marketing team.
What You’ll Own:
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Define segments, personas, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across C&I and channel markets. Ensure strategy is directly aligned to revenue priorities.Go-to-Market Execution
Lead and execute product launches, market shifts, and campaign activity. Develop sales materials, campaign plans, and partner-facing content that actually gets used.Sales & Channel Alignment
Work closely with the Head of Sales to strengthen pipeline support, distributor enablement, and enterprise credibility. Marketing must be practical, usable, and commercially grounded.Agency Direction
Set clear briefs, provide commercial context, and critically review outputs from SEO, AI, and PR partners.Measurement & Refinement
Focus on effectiveness over activity volume. Improve uptake, clarity, and market response over time.
What We’re Looking For
7–12 years in senior B2B marketing roles
Strong channel and C&I exposure preferred
Experience marketing technical, industrial, or energy-related products highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to set strategy and execute personally
Commercially sharp and comfortable working closely with sales
Pragmatic, outcome-focused, and hands-on
You’re equally comfortable shaping a positioning framework and rewriting a sales deck yourself.
