We’re looking for a generalist.
Someone who wants to get things done and do them well. Someone who enjoys solving big, messy problems and takes pride in seeing things through. Someone who cares more about action than titles and isn’t afraid of ambiguity.
You don’t need a linear background. You don’t need to be a specialist.
You do need to show up, take responsibility, and give a shit.
What the role really is:
This role sits at the centre of We Are Mobilise during a period of rapid growth.
Initially, you’ll work closely with the CEO on marketing and growth, including content, social, and campaign execution. You’ll help shape and deliver work that has been closely held by the CEO, ensuring We Are Mobilise continues to show up powerfully during major moments.
Over time, the role will evolve. You may work closely with the COO. You may be assigned special projects across different parts of the organisation. We don’t know exactly what those projects will be yet and that’s intentional.
This role is designed to grow with We Are Mobilise and with you.
What you might find yourself doing:
Depending on priorities and timing, you might be:
Working with the CEO on marketing, growth, and campaign execution
Creating, coordinating, and publishing content
Helping plan and deliver campaigns around major partnerships or cultural moments
Taking ownership of special projects and seeing them through end to end
Supporting work across programs, partnerships, or operations
Stepping into whatever needs doing to move the mission forward
Some weeks will be clear and focused. Others will be messy and ambiguous. That’s the reality of trying to solve a problem that hasn’t been solved before.

We operate more like a startup than a traditional charity, but we work alongside charities across the country to change lives together.
We work from the office five days a week. As a small team, this helps us stay connected, move fast, and build momentum together. It’s more collaborative, more energising, and honestly a lot more fun than having half the team remote while a few people show up in person.
This may change as we grow, but right now, being in the room together matters.
