⚡ Build real partnerships across Queensland’s solar and storage market
RedEarth designs and builds Australian-made battery systems used in homes, farms, regional businesses, and off-grid sites. Everything is engineered and assembled in Brisbane. The focus stays on reliability, long-term performance, and backing installers in the field.
This role suits someone who already knows the Queensland solar landscape. You understand installers, retailers, and trade-led sales. You like being on the road, earning trust face to face, and building volume the right way.
What you’ll do
Build and grow the partner base
Recruit and support solar retailers, installers, EPCs, and off-grid specialists
Map the QLD market and identify gaps we can win
Track competitor pricing, supply, and product shifts
Lead partner relationships
Act as the first call for quoting, product advice, margins, and installs
Work closely with owners and lead installers to grow long-term volume
Run toolbox talks, in-person training, and partner sessions
Drive sales execution
Own your regional revenue plan and pipeline
Build practical sales plans based on partner needs
Present, negotiate, and close deals that sustain volume
Be the field-level product advocate
Understand system design, hybrid inverter setups, off-grid principles, and battery behaviour
Deliver clear product training and technical guidance
Feed field insights back to engineering and operations
Support marketing and events
Attend expos, roadshows, and partner events across QLD
Work with marketing on installer-focused campaigns
Reporting and insights
Maintain clean forecasts and CRM discipline
Share performance, risks, and opportunities with leadership
What we’re looking for
You bring credibility in solar and storage and know how to work with trade partners.
Must-haves
5+ years in solar, BESS, or battery storage sales
Strong knowledge of QLD installers, retailers, and regional markets
Proven B2B sales results with technical or trade partners
Clear communicator who earns trust with owners and installers
Comfortable working independently across a large region
Strong CRM habits and admin discipline
Willingness to travel across SEQ and regional Queensland
