What You’ll Do

As a Technical AI Delivery Manager, you will oversee end-to-end AI project execution, technical delivery leadership, and team performance. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between technology, clients, and business objectives.

• Lead and mentor software engineers and architects, ensuring technical excellence in AI solution design, development, and implementation.
• Oversee AI & Technology Execution – Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions, ensuring smooth execution across development and engineering teams.
• Manage People & Processes – Lead onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, structured execution, and technical excellence.
• Provide strategic input into AI system architecture, technology selection, and software development best practices.
• Own and Build AI & Cloud Environments – Architect and maintain internal AI tools, Azure platforms, and DevOps frameworks that enable secure, scalable, and automated delivery.
• Ensure High-Impact Project Delivery – Manage multiple AI and technology projects, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability.
• Drive Best Practices in Project Management – Standardise delivery processes, structure execution frameworks, and ensure seamless project flow.
• Support Pipeline & Pre-Sales Execution – Assist with Proof of Concept (POC) delivery, early execution models, and AI solution validation.

What We’re Looking For

We need a technical delivery leader with proven software engineering and architecture experience who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

• Proven Technical Development Leadership – You’ve directly led software engineering teams, demonstrating the ability to design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI applications or software products.
• AI Experience (Commercial or Hands-On) – Proven capability in building prototypes, experimenting with LLMs, AI agents, or delivering AI features in production.
• Proven DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Technical Leadership – You’ve designed and implemented infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud environments (Azure preferred). This is practical, hands-on experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
• System Architecture Expertise – Strong capability in designing scalable AI architectures, integrating various tools, APIs, and frameworks effectively.
• Strong People Leadership – Proven experience in building and leading high-performing engineering and development teams.
• Stakeholder Management Skills – Comfortable engaging with senior technology stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Execution-Driven Mindset – Highly structured, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at speed.
• Problem-Solving Leader – Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with a hands-on approach to delivery.
• Start-Up Adaptability – Resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, and comfortable wearing multiple hats as needed.

(This is an ideal role for a technical delivery leader who can take ownership of execution in an AI-driven company—not just track projects.)
